Green Wave staff are divided into teams of two to four members, and have assignments for duties assisting various business improvement zones each day. The goal is to assist with and augment any seasonal beautification efforts undertaken by the business improvement zones. The coordinator will meet with all teams daily, checking in on progress and maintaining communications with the business improvement zone contacts. All Green Wave employees will come together bi-weekly to work on a large-scale project, such as park enhancement. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. or assigned by the BIZ supervisor. Uniforms, training and any special equipment will be provided by Take Pride Winnipeg! or the BIZ. The deadline to apply for this position is May 19, 2017. The season will run July 4, 2017 to August 18, 2017.
